On Friday Ms Rose had set an activity for Room 11 where they had to create their own board game. They had to be creative and use whatever they had at home. They had to write rules for the game as well.

Germination

Learning Germination

On Tuesday we started learning about germination. To help us learn germination we planted small mung beans. First we were given three paper towels, and three mung beans. Then slightly wet the paper towels.  Then we squeezed the water out of them.After that we put them in plastic cups. We dropped the mung beans in and then left them near the window for sunlight and to drink the water from the paper towels.

We are monitoring them each day in class and watering them every day so they can grow.

A visitor in Room 11

After our break, Charmy and Devanshi came in with a visitor.

We looked at it and discussed about it in groups. We wrote a descriptive story, describing our visitor.

We then shared our writing with our classmates.
